I joined Brooklyn Grange under its first post-founder CEO after nearly a year of turnover across the Programming & Events department, which I was hired to rebuild.
Over six months, I redesigned how sales, operations, programming, partnerships, marketing, farming, and finance worked together by clarifying ownership, strengthening leadership, redesigning systems, improving cross-functional coordination, launching new public programs, and developing strategies for year-round engagement and corporate growth.
The result was a stronger operating foundation with clearer responsibilities, more consistent execution, and new pathways for future growth.

Sky Loft had been open for only a few months when I joined as the first leader hired specifically to build and oversee its private events business.
